Introduction of per-paper APC model for Ocean Science

To help authors know the article processing charges (APCs) levied for their final journal article already from submission, Ocean Science introduces a per-paper APC model. For manuscripts submitted from 1 January 2023 and finally published as journal articles in Ocean Science a flat fee of €1,600 net is levied independent on the article length.
